If you own one of our 2010/2011 in-car AVH headunits and you would like to get a piece of the navigation pie without having to buy a a whole new system, we have the perfect solution for you.

The AVIC-F220 is a flexible upgrade system that provides you with all the benefits of our navigation technology in a compact size that’s easy to store: in your glove box or under your seat, for example. If you have a 1-DIN slot and still want a NavGate system, you will no longer be left in the cold.

Get powerful and precise navigation – with the whole of Europe pre-installed and ready to go – as well as a Traffic Messaging Channel (TMC) receiver, so you can avoid the jams.

For your peace of mind, the device is detachable and easy to take along.

The built-in, rechargeable lithium-ion battery ensures a fast start-up and lets you easily and safely detach the AVIC-F220 when needed.

With the SD slot, you can install updates and data from our NavGate Feeds PC application to find custom points of interests on the internet, and add them to your map. 2,3 million POIs have already been installed for you.

A NavGate Feeds smartphone application is now also freely available.

If you feel that you would like to have your purchase professionally installed by one of our fully qualified engineers, this can be arranged at your home or your work place anywhere throughout the UK.

Being members of MESF, FITAS, Thatcham and The Safe Contractor Scheme have enabled Autosounds to develop our workforce and maintain the necessary standards to carry out installations for our customers whether you are a business or a consumer.

Arrange an Installation

Arranging an installation couldn't be easier. Simply call us on 0191 2736100 or email bookings@autosounds.co.uk

From here we will take all the pre-booking information that we need. With this information to hand, we will call our engineers who cover your post-code and see what dates and times they are available to carry out your installation.

We have between 2 and 5 engineers for every post-code so we can ensure a quick turn around.

Once we have all the possible installation times, we will call you back and see which suites your needs the most & make the booking, payment for the product and installation can be done on our secure website.

The installer will then arrive at your home or work place with his tools and install your equipment within a couple of hours and then demonstrate how to use it.
